This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the evrenixtech.com website (the "Site") operated by Evrenix Bilişim ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Evrenix"), within the framework of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the Turkish Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices and, to the extent applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and ePrivacy rules.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device by the websites you visit. They are commonly used to make websites work properly, to remember your preferences and to obtain statistics about how a site is used.
This policy also covers technologies that serve similar functions, such as browser local storage (localStorage) and cookieless measurement technologies.

Vercel Analytics, which we use to measure Site usage, does not use cookies; as a cookieless technology it collects visit statistics in a way that does not allow you to be identified, and it runs only with your explicit consent (see Section 3 below). The Site does not use advertising, targeting or marketing cookies, and no third-party cookies are set.
3. Managing Your Consent
A consent banner is displayed on your first visit to the Site. Through the banner you can use the "Accept all" and "Reject all" options with equal ease, or make category-based choices under "Preferences". No non-essential technology (including analytics measurement) runs before you give consent, and no preference box is pre-ticked.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require explicit consent under the Turkish Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices and the GDPR and ePrivacy rules; they are therefore shown on the banner for information purposes but cannot be switched off.
Your consent is stored on your device together with a version number and timestamp, and is requested again after 180 days. Your consent is also requested again if this policy is materially changed.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: simply click the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Legal Bases
- Strictly necessary cookies (NEXT_LOCALE, evrenix-consent): within the scope of the consent exemption — the legitimate interests of the data controller and the provision of the core site functions you request (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6/1-f; the strictly-necessary exemption under ePrivacy rules).
- Analytics measurement (Vercel Analytics — cookieless): your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6/1-a). If you do not consent, analytics measurement does not run at all.
5. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
In addition to the consent banner, you can delete or block cookies at any time, or set your browser to warn you before a cookie is stored, through your browser settings. Instructions on cookie management are available on the help pages of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).
If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, some functions of the Site — such as remembering your language preference or storing your consent choice — may not work as expected.
